Bond Cancellation and Continuous Coverage
The public adjuster must maintain evidence of financial responsibility for the duration of the license. The bond cannot be terminated unless at least 30 days' prior written notice is filed with the Director and provided to the licensee. If the evidence of financial responsibility terminates or becomes impaired, the authority to act as a public adjuster automatically terminates.
